Taco Salad (this is my favorite meal i always ask for this to be made for my birthday)

2lbs. ground beef
3 heads of lettuce
2-3 medium tomatoes
1 large onion (or none if you don't like it like me)
2-3 cans kidney beans
2 small bags or 1 really large bag of doritos
2 lbs. shredded cheese
2 large bottles kraft 1000 island salad dressing or maybe 1 large kraft and 1 large store brand

Brown burger with onion drain out oil,drain kidney beans and add to hot burger meat. Make salad with lettuce,tomatoes.
Crush chips into smaller size but not too small, add cheese as much as you want mix well. When your ready be sure to have someone help with the mixing, one to mix as meat micture is being added and then for when you add more cheese if wanted. Then as fast as you can add salad dressing. Add as much as you want.

Chicken Spaghetti

boneless skinless chicken
1 (lg) box velveeta cheese
2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 (sq) cream cheese (sq=Square)
2 (reg) boxes spaghetti
(mushrooms optional)

Pour rotel tomatoes and diced tomatoes into a lg bowl. Cut velveeta into lg chunks and add to the tomatoes. Microwave until cheese is melted. Mix, add cream cheese. mix together cooked spaghetti, cheese mixture and cooked chicken. Heat in oven until mixture bubbles Serve...

Apricot Nectar Cake

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup apricot nectar juice
3 fourths cup of oil
(icing) Powder sugar and lemon juice

Mix ingrediants together grease and flour sheet cake pan. bake at 350 for 25-30 mins. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean
